"We had a truly outstanding experience at this hotel. The staff were so helpful, friendly and attentive to every detail, even to the extent of delivering to us at the airport a phone charging cable we’d accidentally left behind in our room after checking out! "The Holiday Inn Express in Luoyang is a great deal. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming. My room was large and cozy and the bathroom was my favorite part (huge gym-style shower). The breakfast at this hotel is outrageously terrific! Every morning there was a delicious spread of Chinese and Western dishes to enjoy. I was traveling alone during this visit to see the Longmen Grottoes and I felt very safe and happy here. I highly recommend this spot!"

We had a room with the cutest tea preparation set (automatic water filling kettle and traditional tea rinsing platform, together with free loose leaf tea) and beautiful bathroom with see-through glass window and peony-design wash basin. The room condition was horrible and the the supply is very minimum. There was prostitute business right in the hotel. The prostitute advertise hand out every where and the hooker looking people walk around. The hotel is in a multifunction building and only has 3 floors out of total 15 floor running other business.
