The hotel room itself could do with a refurb, some shabby furniture/wood. 2. Booked a room for 2 people but was given only enough cups, glasses, tea, coffee and robes for one person. Had to request for more everyday. The pool was also closed for refurbishment, would have liked to be notified on booking as wanted to make use of this, only notified on...

"The staff was awesome they cleaned our room every day served breakfast to our room and took great care of us. The hotel was also well protected with security and police. The hotel was clean and I loved my stay there. "

"Nice place to stay However while most of the staff were lovely and efficient- some could do with putting a smile on their faces and not ignore someone who has paid for a room. It would also help if bar/ restaurant staff were up to date with availability in the kitchen. It took us three goes to order our meals as we were informed “ not available” AFTER ordering and waiting patiently "
