Mr. Stefan at the front desk, who checked me in was very kind and welcoming! He made sure I had a quiet room, a breakfast package because I could not go to the breakfast buffet, and helped with everything! The best front desk staff! Thank you for the wonderful stay! Great, central location and very clean!

The location is great: near Culture Palace, mall, beautiful restaurants area, places to eat, shop, museum. I chose it every time I come to Iaşi. The rooms are nice, a bit worn, but comfortable and clean. Missing a safe in the room, I think, is the only downside. Breakfast is good, and there is parking close by.

Exceptional, probably the best hotel I've stayed in while in Romania. Very clean, amazing quality suite, great staff, great food, close to everything. Reasonably priced, too. Highly recommended! Will never stay anywhere else while in Iasi

Mal servicio recepcionista y hosteleria

Hotel muy centrico,sin lujos, pero bien equipado. No fue bueno el servicio de recepcion del hotel de la noche del 18 al 19 sept 2024. Teniamos que salir por indicacion del recepcionista a las 7.45h para llegar a tiempo a un bus a 8.30am; y a las 7am, mientras tomaba cafe tranquilo con el servicio de hosteleria no abria el salon y porfiaba que el inicio era a 7.30 cuando se anunciaba a las 7am. Ojo tambien con pedir un cafe para llevar fuera de hora desayuno, por uno de maquina de salon desayuno te cobran 18 RON, casi 4 euros.
