"I was very pleased with the friendly staff and in particular the hotel mgr Jerry. I was traveling last second for a family emergency and they were extremely accommodating - more so than the Hotels.com reps as I was just trying to push my day up one outside of the 24-hour window (Tuesday vs. Monday). Thankfully Jerry took mercy, recognized my situation and made an accommodation. Hotels.com should take a lesson from Jerry given unexpected life events."

Some of the room amenities and cleanliness weren’t up to national chain standards, but only minor and certainly tolerable. The proximity of some of the other hotel options may cause us to explore alternatives in the future, but we’d still go back to Biddle too."

"Our experience was made so great by “Cindy”, the customer service was phenomenal. Upon checking in to our room, we found that our TV wasn’t working and she immediately upgraded us to another room -which was a lot bigger! It was very clean and secure. Parking was not an issue and the breakfast was delicious! We’ll definitely stay here again while visiting our daughter at school👍"
