"This overnight stay was wonderful. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds with accommodation for people with mobility issues. The room was easy to get around, comfortable, clean and they provided plenty of towels and large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. This was beneficial since I was sharing the room with a friend. We ate at the casual restaurant and enjoyed our meal. If you are using the valet allow at least 30 minutes for them to bring your car to the front."

"Nice rooms, but the hotel feels disjointed. Lobby on level 2, valet down at street level, need to change elevators for self drive parking, didn’t give you the vibe you’re in a hotel at times. Other then that convenient for Dealey plaza and sixth floor museum, with shopping amenities near by."

"They failed to mention breakfast time so we went by the massice sign in the elevator that indicated breakfast was until eleven. Without any indication of it, the sign was for another hotel that shares elevators. We ended up having to eat breakfast for six outside the hotel. In my tab they owe me $100 for breakfast."

"The beds were extremely comfortable although I was confused about why the sheet on my bed was on top of the comforter. That was not true of the other bed in the room. I had looked online to be able to avoid the trend that I had heard about of bathrooms in hotels often not have doors or even being glassed in, not opaque as bathrooms should be no matter who is staying in the room. "Eric at the front desk set us up with a fabulous room for our 38th anniversary, and a bottle of champagne. They provided transportation to restaurants and many other amenities. The staff was very courteous and professional. The 7th floor pool area was awesome, with a bar and very attentive servers. We really enjoyed ourselves, they made us feel like royalty."
