"During my stay I started receiving WhatsApp messages saying they were from Unity and asking me to update my credit card information. I inquired with the font desk who responded that the booking site was hacked and to not respond to those messages. I emailed Unity asking for more information (what information was stolen, when it happened), but have not received a response. Even after blocking the scammer, I continued to get messages from another number. I think it's pretty bad that the front desk...

"Would recommend! It's about 5 min walk to the M2 metro line, a small convenience store 1 min walk away. Located in a very quiet neighborhood as well. Easy check-in check-out process, decent size room with everything you need, even has laundry on-site. Only small thing is the bathroom has no ventilation, so we had to keep the bathroom door slightly open and keep the room window open as well when showering, I imagine this is not an issue in the summer but during winter it might become a problem....

"Great location close to metro and lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Communication was excellent and self check in was easy. Apartment is a great size for families. "Struttura molto centrale vicina alle maggiori attrazioni. Il quartiere e ben servizio dai mezzi di trasporto.
Personale molto attivo nelle comunicazione e informazioni.
Grazie"

"Excellent location where you can find many restaurants around and close to many sightseeing spots. It only takes around 15 mins to reach the metro station to go to the airport. We booked the apartment type and didn’t know no housekeeping unless you stay more than 4 nights.
The room is spacious, however, as the bathroom is wet room type, the bathroom is wet everywhere after shower.
The evening complimentary drink is a nice gesture."

"We were a family of 5 adults travelling, and we travel extensively. We were in the three bedroom Sophie apartment for 3 nights. The apartment faces the Church and we had our windows open for ventilation. Location is excellent and the reception staff (online) were always very helpful and extremely responsive). Centrally located which was great. However there were several pitfalls. It was always noisy at night - there must be a pub nearby so we could hear the thumping of the music. In the morning...
