We stayed one night. The room was spotless clean and the food was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great position, overlooking the sea. With close proximity to Hyeres airport. We would definitely stay again.

The location on a pond was very nice. The beds were quite comfortable. It was pretty noisy, on the one hand because of the busy street beyond the pond; on the other hand due to a communicating door to the neighbour's room, which despite the double door made the room badly soundproofed. One could hear the conversation of the neighbours.

The hotel was in a great area, was quite and had little shows everyday which was quite nice. The sea water on the hotel side was very nice and the equipments kept us busy, like water bikes, small boats etc. The only thing that i would suggest they need to clean the hall ways and the rooms ceiling which had spider webs and insects. The breakfast was poor there was not much options it should be more items like cheese, olives etc. Overall we had a grear time.

We used the hotel as a base to explore Hyeres so we didn’t participate in the activities offered. I did use the sauna which was clean. A suggestion would be to add some herbs or herbal oil to the steam to offer a more pleasant and beneficial experience. I also used the swimming pool. Another suggestion, please heat the pool. Given that most of the clientele seemed to be over 60 years old, a heated pool would have been more welcoming. The only negative for me was the food. It was abundant both at the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet but the quality of some of the basics could be much better: the orange juice came from an Andreos machine but it didn’t taste as nice as the juice we had from a smaller hotel with the same machine. The baguettes weren’t so great. Coffee was OK. In the room, it would have been nice to have had fresh paper cups in the bathroom every day or at least when it was obvious that they had been used and thrown out.

FANTASTIC, fabulous

Everything was perfect! The location, the customers, the staff, the day to day ambiance and activities, absolutely brilliant! We never tried a family holiday residence before but we were so happy, we extended our stay!! We LOVED IT! And we now want to spend a week again next summer! Merci Plein Sud!

j ai apprecie la piscine couverte avec le sauna et le hamam.Beaucoup d activites sont proposees egalement ,avec la lagune ou nous pouvons faire du pedalo ou du paddle ou du kayak.Il y a egalement un terrain de sport ,un mini golf,un boulodrome,des tables de ping pong et une aire de jeux pour les enfants .Il y a une tres bonne equipe d animation .Le personnel est toujours la pour vous contenter .En ce qui concerne le petit dejeuner et le diner ca reste simple mais il y a du choix .c est un hotel que je recommande vivement

Un aqua parc était installé juste devant le bacon de notre chambre Du bruit et de scris de 10h à 19h non stop ! La propreté de la salle de bain était très douteuse Ils nous ont retiré toutes les serviettes de toilette sans les remplacer Les oreillers étaient en très mauvais état Et nous avons retrouvé notre voiture garée sur la parking de l'hôtel avec des rayures de clé sur tout un côté !!! L'équipe n'a pas du tout répondu à nos réclamations ...

Un cadre magnifique, des aménagements pour tous les ages. Le service restauration est vraiment au top. 2 points négatifs sur notre séjour la chaleur dans les chambres, la climatisation est bloqué et l accès aux toilettes ou la porte ne peut pas s ouvrir entièrement notamment pour des personnes âgées, personnes handicapées ou des enfants Je conseille cet hôtel

Une pause au bord de l'eau très agréable

Hôtel bien placé le long de la plage proche de beaucoup de points d'intérêts. Parking grand et fonctionnel. Un séjour très agréable avec une équipe jeune et dynamique qui sait motiver les clients aux jeux apéros entre autres ! Un accueil très sympathique avec une personne souriante et compréhensive pour nous donner une chambre en face de celle de nos cousins. Une restauration variée et très bonne avec des plats originaux concoctés par un chef qui a d'excellentes idées, comme cette bouillabaisse simplifiée parfumée et goûteuse ! Barmaid au top avec des cocktails excellents et bons en rapport qualité/prix. L'espace piscine est agréable avec transats, sauna et hammam. Les extérieurs sont plaisants et bien agencés afin de profiter soit des transats au bord de la plage privée, soit des fauteuils pour lire ou se reposer à l'ombre. Spectacle du lundi au top avec une équipe fantastique et joyeuse et karaoké du mardi bien entraînant et bien mené !

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes, aber grosszügig dimensioniertes Freizeithotel, in sehr schöner Lage an Lagune, auf grossem Areal mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer und den vorgelagerten Archipel. Verpflegung ok aber schon mit einem Touch von Kantine und 'Massenabspeisung'. Lage des Speisesaals am Dach sehr schön mit wunderbarem Ausblick.
