Good hotel
Only staff is new and inexperienced. Lack of professionalism and training. Otherwise hotel rooms are equipped with all amenities and are comfortable.

Good hotel with simple but tasty breakfast
The location & ambience of the hotel is very good. It would have got perfect rating but for small niggles in its equipment - toilet light not working; door lock getting jammed; door not closing and another one giving out continuous alarm; lift not stopping even on a pressed button. The staff is very cooperative, especially the restaurant staff and the young bell boy who carried all the luggage with a smile.

Comfortable clean and safe stay for single woman
Visited Hyderabad for dental surgery and felt safe staying at hotel as a single woman. It's right next to beautiful Padamma Temple. The room is cleaned every day and the staff were great, especially the manager of the restaurant who ensured I had the eggs I needed each day, cooked to perfection. Room service was good. My complaint would be the reception staff who sometimes responded to requests and other times, I had to call more than once. Also, I would suggest a welcome brochure to explain the hotel services, reception number, etc. The safe didn't work and the manager did try, twice, to fix it and said he wasn't sure when the repairman would come (it was just before Christmas), so it never got fixed but he did try.

Location as well as service are excellent.
Good location, service, facilities - restaurant good. If a business centre can be located it will round out the package to a higher level of satisfaction. It was a slight irritant for me.

We had reached the hotel at 9 am. Since their checkin time was only at 12 noon we had to wait in the lobby for 3 solid hours. I have never experienced this in any other hotels before. anyway thats fine because genuinely their rooms were full i guess. after submitting id proof and other details they asked me whether we were a married couple or not. Even that is fine i guess since they want to ensure nothing illegal was going on. I told them we were nt married and produced 3 id proofs to ensure that we are just normal ppl visiting hydrebad. hesitantly he let us checkin. around 1:45 am we were woken up by constant buzzing of the door bell. we were really scared to even open the door cuz it sounded like a few bullies were outside to kidnap us or something. thankfully it was the police guys. they came solely for the purpose of checking our ids and apologized for disturbing us and left. all this because we were a couple who were nt married. I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or relatives because my experience was a little traumatic. being woken up by loud continuous door bell at 2 am is not something i would want anyone to experience. they could have just asked for our originals ids to be kept at the reception desk if they were anticipating such midnight checking by the police. the rooms were clean and the sheets were spotless. location is a big plus. the complimentary breakfast was cold and I found hair in my idli. :(

Awesome!!!
Though the stay was short, it was very comfortable. The housekeeping was punctual in their routine cleaning chorus. Rooms & restrooms were cleand daily. Room was beautiful and had everything required. Mini fridge, 32" LCD, hath way, Godrej locker, mini toiletry kit, royal furniture and upholstery. Complementary included a host of buffet dishes a day the stewards were well mannered, humble and pleasing. Location was, no doubt close to niche neighbourhood being in Jubilee Hills. Great Value for money.

I booked this hotel from the Hotels.com. Surprisingly, when we reached the hotel with booking confirmation, hotel staff refused to give us room saying that they blocked rooms for somebody else.When contacted hotels.com call center, they took 3 hours to come to a decision of showing an alternative accommodation after big debate. Hotels. com and Oyo rooms are cheating the guests who book the rooms through their websites and their response is very poor in resolving the confusion created by their negligence.

The night shift guy watches T.V. with high volume even at 4 A.M though I requested him not to. He also let cleaning staff to clean my room with out my permission, after 6.P.M while I was out, breaching my privacy. He says I am the first one to object it. The Guy brought me to the point of nervous break down on the night of checkout. I asked him to give me a wake up call at 4 A.M instead I woke him up (he did not answer when I called first but he calls me back at 4.30A.M to wake me up). Finally while checking out he asked me to pay about Rs.7880 instead of around Rs500. for food I ordered. As he was not agreeing as I was getting late and taxi was waiting for me I rushed out with my luggage to catch the Taxi to My surprise the only exit was closed with roller shutter. I became nervous and gone back to him to get it open he was not willing and insisting me to pay entire amount as I shouted and vented my anger and cryed one guest came to my help, then he calls his boss over phone who clarifies him that I have to pay around 500, I paid this to my luck, then he gets the shutter opens, by the time the Taxi has gone as I was almost missing my flight to London I paid high money by renting 3 wheeler up to a distance then switched to Taxi to the Airport paying in excess of 1200Rs to reach at last minute. Closing shutter in the night is deadly in the event of fire. Had I had time I would have gone to police to put this guy in jail where he belongs to and not in that hotel. Very bad ex

OVER ALL I ENJOYED MY STAY, BUT THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH AIR CONDITIONER, IT USED TO STOP COOLING ALL OF SUDDEN & THE PROBLEM OF TRIPPING OF MCV, REST WAS JUST EXCELLENT, COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS GOOD, THEY SHOULD START PACKAGE OF COMPLEMENTARY DINNER WITH TARIFF INCREASED, EXPERIENCE OVERALL WAS VERY GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
