Very unfriendly and uninformed staff. Service is like a local motel rather than an expensive hotel. I will avoid this hotel in the future and strongly advice others too.

Liked: Cleanliness
Check was not good. Better options available for the given price range in Banjara hills Hyderabad.
Dirty bedcovers yellow stains and room smells sewerage disgusting booed for two nights has to vacate in few hours requested for refund but hotel denied
I was most pleased and had one of my finest and most hospitable stays at Lemon Tree, Banjara Hills. It turned out to be an excellent property with a warm and cordial staff, prim & proper down to the last detail in cleanliness and amenities while located most centrally to both the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. I shall positively be back and recommend this Hotel to all for its great ambience and comfort.
The most comfortable two days and nights, totally worth your money. Central and convenient location.
This hotel was a good discovery after a few trips and trying out other properties. Comfortable beds, good breakfast menu open to improvement, warm ambience and good service are its hallmarks. Shall be back soon.
The hotel has a well maintained (perhaps new) property. Staff is very courteous, friendly and helpful. The rooms are really neat and clean. Location of the hotel is in the plush locality of Banjara hills. Banks, hospitals, shopping everything is available at an elbow length. The only drawback seemed to me was the restaurant. There is only one restaurant and limited choice of cuisines available. Also, it is a very small restaurant with hardly 50 person seating capacity. All the restaurant staff is also very polite and efficient. Buffet spread was excellent but the taste of the food needs a lot of improvement. I opted for the 2 meals package but later felt I shouldn't have because I didn't enjoy the food in spite of being in food capital of India- Hyderabad.
