It's a little jaded (washbasins cracked, and curtains not closing, for example) and the breakfast choices aren't brilliant. But the staff went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one by juggling rooms etc. So it's quite a reasonable place to stay if you're happy to go with the flow.

Pleasant hotel with aspirations to be better

Staff very friendly and eager to help. Checkin efficient. Beds are comfortable. Rooms a little dated and rather noisy from A/C (at back) and street (art front). We did have to ask for towels and toilet paper.

Not so nice hotel

Needs a lot of improvement- from manners of the staff, which I considered very rude to cockroaches in the bath and bedroom. I found the travel services to be the only place manned by polite and knowledgeable staff. Food was mediocre and staff not well trained.

Don't stay here, there are better places nearby

don't stay here, this describes it all. There are better hotel adjacent and nearby which I came to know after booking this one. Not a single good thing to mention. Poor service, poor breakfast, very poor condition of room and amenities.

DECENT HOTEL FOR A HAPPY STAY.

A good place to stay.

I went on a short trip.Very well received. Food quality was very good as well as the quantity.Staffs are courteous.Gave me a free drop to the Railway Station on my return.Hotel amenities are acceptable.Cetraly located . No problem of getting transport.

A comfortable hotel at a very affordable price

You are welcomed to the hotel by a very pleasant doorman.Once inside the hotel,you are received by some very polite and smiling reception staff.The restaurents are very nice and serves good and tasty food.Any issues are very quickly attended to.A special mention must be made of Mr Francis at the reception who seems to go out of the way to serve you.I find most of the restaurant and room service staff very pleasant.This made my stay very enjoyable.

Pleasant and undisturbed.

Stayed here for a night, Was a pleasant experience, The TV's however weren't great... but the complimentary BF buffet was nice, staff was helpful in all ways :) Recommend it if you need to stay in n around sec-bad :)

Terrible experience.

The hotel is very popular and at the centre of the city, but the room was very dirty indeed. The flush in the toilet failed to work in spite of multiple tinkering attempts by the staff, and the phone wasn't working either. There were a couple of lizards in the room as well to add to our woes. The staff were uninterested, and seemed not even worried about negative comments online. Wouldn't stay here again, even for free.
