Excellent staff all over particularly the restaurant staff were beyond excellent. Very helpful to the client and cater accordingly to the client needs. The only issue I had is that they have WiFi access to only 2 devices which is very inconvenient for the person staying in the hotel. But overall excellent hotel with excellent staff.

Great service and a clean property. However, there is a faint smell of cigarette smoke everywhere which was bothersome. The wifi is a real problem. It didn’t work in my room so I had to go into the hallway throughout my stay to get online.

Brilliant hotel to stay close to hi-tech city and Jubliee Hilla in Hyderabad. Hotel has plenty of greenery which attracts mosquitoes, staff tries hard but we must protect ourselves with strong mosquitoe repellents. We loved our stay at Daspalla and will come back again!

Nice place to stay for few days away from home. Friendly staff. Only drawback I see is the checkin times. My flight landed early in the morning and the front desk charged me for the previous night too since I checked in early. This is not good business practice nor customer friendly at all. Beware of this if you are coming in early.

I was two days. They did not clean the room. Breakfast very poor. No food for western people. They blocked internet before check out. On the other hand, gym facilities are incredible.

we booked for a king size bed and ended up with a small bed. we specifically asked to be given a no smoking floor and were given a room just adjacent to a smoking room. the breakfast was not worth the money they charged us. i also had to bring down my own baggages. have been a regular customer at this hotel which i had rated as a 4 star but i doubt if they even deserve a single star at the moment. Daspalla has lost a regular customer and I shall go out to inform my friends to look for other places to stay during their stay in hyderabad.
