"We loved our stay at the Sweeney Motherwell. The room was both quaint and modern and perfectly clean. We were so happy that the room came with a kitchenette with a little fridge. "Communication and response time with this host was top notch! We had a lot going on before arriving from overseas and forgot to notify in advance with when we wanted to be checked in as there is no onsite check-in. Messaged the host and they responded within minutes with check-in details so we were able to check in without delay. Openly want to be sensitive but there was trash and people sleeping in the foyer every night or in tents out front. The place was ok inside as well. "The unit was very spacious. But, we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work properly in the living room and the windows wouldn’t open anywhere in the unit. So we couldn’t get any fresh air. Also the doors in the unit wouldn’t stay open (nothing to prop them open), so that was a pain."

"We had the most amazing stay at this cosy, comfortable cabin surrounded by greenery. It was like living in a tree house. The birdsong was beautiful as were the sunsets and views of the night sky. The cabin was spacious enough for two and had everything we needed for our week long stay, including parking. There is a log fire with plenty of wood for cold days but we were very lucky with the weather and had warm sunshine every day which made the cabin warm and cosy to come back to after days out....
