"The resort is beautiful, just like the pictures. Rooms are lovely and all have a boho vibe down to whether you can opt to wash towels/bedding to be more eco friendly. We didn’t have a bad meal, all the restaurants are great and the daily buffet whilst largely the same also had lots of new additions! Everything you need on site, loadsof excursions and activities to entertain but you can go off to quieter areas or put up a red flag if you don’t want to be disturbed all day "

"Great hotel! Typical Egyptian resort, super friendly staff, food was amazing, location incredible. Some rooms a little tired but nothing noticeable. Entertainment team were fantastic. The show is quite loud until 11 but plenty of room options away from it. "

"I stayed at the resort on 17 January overall my stay was good food variety in the restaurant was adequate I personally think the main dishes for lunch and dinner was little bit short if it was bit more that would’ve been good hotel was clean and it’s managed very well reception staff was very good and thanks to Mr bassam at the reception who was excellent and very helpful I definitely would recommend this hotel "

"When we arrived it was 3am and the hotel lobby was extremely hot, no AC! Even though I informed the hotel about our late check in it took them around 30 mins to check our room before taking us there. The lobby had mosquitos and our children were bitten several times. My first impressions of the hotel were very poor, we were very disappointed and hoping that we didn’t make a mistake booking this hotel. When we were finally taken to our room it was very hot, I was disappointed that after checking our room before allowing us in they didn’t turn on the AC so the room would be cool for us. Despite the poor reception our stay was very nice, the family room was very spacious (a bit run down, could do with the shower room and furniture being upgraded) but the service from the staff was amazing, food was always fresh and tasty, pool area clean and staff very friendly! "
