"I was really disappointed with our room. The room was old and outdated. Peeling wallpaper the place had seen better days. Our room was cleaned on the third day we stayed but they only made one bed. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work either. All three restaurants were overpriced and the food wasn’t good. "The 4 of us has dinner at the hotel pub. My wings were raw, not cooked. The other meals were not the best. They were running out of beer and only had 3 selections. The said they would take the wings off the bill, but did not. Had to hang around for a new bill. Not a very good experience"

"Quiet and calm athmosphere"

"Jennifer and staff at the spa saved my life. Well almost. I had a medical emergency and they did not panic and made sure I had the best of care. Including a shuttle back from the hospital. On check in we didn’t have a balcony. We love balconies. The staff manages to sort out a new room for us. Chop restaurant Brendan and staff were amazing as always.
