"Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Convenient location for those visitng the Algonquin / Arrowhead area. My only slight would be the room was quite small. Along with the tiny wall mounted TV. "

I have since had a swollen eye and have been very uncomfortable, they turned to welts and I had to go to the doctors. I’ve never had an experience like this so it is frustrating, I did let the staff know so they can address the situation. "

"staff were amazing, literally all of them. The building is being renovated by complete amateurs though and there were no notices when booking. Water issues, painting everywhere, shotty work even while spreading grout over tile with salt and mud on them just kept spreading the grout. Hotel is dated left right and center so them doing the lobby is for astetics. Pool is outdated, woods moldy, carpets gross. Is what it is though. "
