"It’s was ok for the price. The bedding had cigarette holes in it for a non-smoking room. The coffee machine in room didn’t work either. Other than that. Great."

"The staff member that helped us check in was very rude, I am currently a year younger than needed to check into a hotel room and I didn’t realize until after I had already booked the room. So I called the hotel before I came and they had told me it was no problem, just to bring someone who was over 21 to check in, which I did, but when I arrived, the staff member that was standing at the desk started off very rude and aggressive, when I told him that I was there to check in, he said, “No you’re not, you’re not old enough.” I then tried to explain to him, that I knew that, and that I had called up there to explain the situation and when I told him that I had brought someone with me to check in, he then directed his rudeness towards that person and told them that he couldn’t do that. Thankfully there was another staff member there who helped us and was very nice and got it all situated. Very poor customer service."

"Overall had a great stay at the hotel. There was some damage to the room (scratched mirror, leaking seal around shower door, minor stains on carpet) but overall clean. Parking was easy and spacious so no issues there. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful, the ladies that assisted with the breakfast buffet were all so sweet and kept the items filled and fresh. Appreciated fresh coffee being kept in the lobby as well. We stayed there to be close to the Von Braun Center in hopes we could walk back and forth to our event but ended up having to drive just due to not feeling comfortable with the walk and people hanging out along the route. Obviously not the hotels fault, just something to be mindful of if you plan on walking to your event."

"I would NEVER stay here again and I’m sorry I even trusted the reviews that said the hotel was fine. There was a domestic violence issue outside of my hotel room during our stay that lasted a good 3-4 hours. I called 3 times to complain and the manager of the hotel called the cops on them twice, nothing was done. I was asked to change rooms but I’m not taking my family out and putting everyone in danger to switch rooms when the fighting is happening outside my door. I called for a refund for that stay and the manager said I never complained and there were no issues. RIDICULOUS. Also, the floors were DISGUSTINGLY dirty. STAY AWAY from this hotel. "

"No pool, room not very clean, table sticky, no trash can, had to remake the bed as was short sheeted. Tub faucet falling apart. Entire property really run down. I believe I prepaid and was charged again when checking in. "

"Was in town to visit the Space & Rocket Center. This hotel had great prices, was very close to the Space Center and had a kitchen for cooking in the room which was convenient. The room I booked was clean and tidy. Parking was easy. "
