"We stayed at this location because of the wineries nearby. Both the hotel website and the Debonne winery website advertised free shuttles to and from the winery. The website was clear that the shuttles were daily and complimentary. When we got there we were told first that there weren’t shuttles, and later that there was one going at 4:30, for $39 a person!!! It all felt very sketchy. The hotel itself was fine and the breakfast was solid, but if you are looking for a winery shuttle or helpful...

"Quiet and peaceful. A beautifully restored 19th Century farmhouse, comfortable rooms, friendly hosts, and a great breakfast offered as an add-on."

"They had issues with the plumbing. There was water and sewage in both our rooms and the hallway. They had problems when we were checking in and they should have notified everyone and not rented out the rooms."

"Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine."

"This is a roadside stop. They were understaffed and it really showed. There were major stains on the carpet in our room. The shower head was loose from the wall. The ice machine definitely needed a cleaning. The sheets and towels seemed clean. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The staff that were there were very nice and doing their best to keep everything going. Take your chances with this one!"

"Had an enjoyable stay. Check-in was very easy: received a text with our room # & lock code prior to arriving. The rooms are basic, no frills, all you need for a short stay: clean, great location, comfy bed, cold A/C & hot shower. Love sitting out on the deck just enjoying the sights & sounds of the lake-but you can only really enjoy it during the day; at night the bugs take over, swarming around all of the lights. You’ll get that anywhere near water. Overall, we had a great time & will be back....

"Great location right on the strip. Lake access good. Air conditioner in every room. Pretty basic kitchen, but we were only there for one night, so that wasn't an issue. Don't know what regular seasonal prices are, but was VERY expensive for the 4th of July!"
