He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very accommodating. I would love to stay here again next time I visit. "

"This is seriously one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff were absolutely incredible -- they helped plan out my itinerary, arranged all the tickets, provided transportation. They didn't get into any games if up selling stuff. Everything was just honest support. The rooms and views were spectacular. Super clean. I rarely give reviews but the staff here are deserving of recognition. Absolutely one of the best places I've stayed."

"Clean and modern hotel which is situated in the middle of the city. You can get local or western food (KFC) nearby and you can walk to the cable car station going to the mountain"

"Great location and friendly staff. One thing I was dissatisfied with was the hot water system. The first time I turned on the hot water at the bath tub and vanity, the pipe had bursted and very brown water came out. One of the USB ports and plugs by the bedside was also loose/broken. However, overall it was a great stay."
