"When I pick a place to stay, I specifically look for a place that is clean first and charming second. I have never walked into a room and thought, this smells and looks clean. I was completely impressed. This inn exceeded expectations, especially in such a small town. The only thing that would have made it better is some sort of purchasable snacks on site. This was 100% my fault but my kids were starving in the morning and I failed to have snacks as I wanted to sleep in! This does not affect my review of this place at all, more of a recommendation and a reminder to parents to be more prepared than me. The owners had nice touches of personality throughout the whole place. I will be staying there again if I come back to Good Beach!"

"The lady at the front desk was nice but the directions to the Lighthouse condo were not clear. She should have said to turn at the RV parking sign and the Owners should also have a sign that says Condos. The Lighthouse condo was clean but it doesn't look like the pictures on Expedia. It was a large place for the money. The Condo parking lot was dark, the alley was dark and so was the street so it made it harder to find."

"The view is wonderful! Unfortunately the rooms are dated and not much in the way of usb spots. The bathroom could use updating and more toiletries. It was comfortable but a little overpriced!"

"The room was tidy,not clean. I wish they mop the floors. They towels were new and fluffy at least. It has a nice pet area and its own walk path to the beach. For the price, it is a bit steep for an outdated room with outdated amenities and $20 a night for a pet fee without any perks."
