"Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean with a nice older european touch, right on the river, great castle veiw, food and shopping right there withkng short walking distance. I will book again next year. "

"The room was spotless, we were giving a very warm welcome when we checked in . We only stayed 1 night and the only meal we had was breakfast. But what a breakfast, bacon sausage, fried egg, haggis , black pudding , mushrooms, fried tomatoes, tattie scone and hash browns. I would recommend this hotel to Anybody as it was very well priced for all that we got ."

"Check in easy, room clean but some signs of fluid stain on wooden floor. Room quite small with poor lighting, bathroom also small but adequate, excellent shower and clean towels but what’s with the opaque bathroom door without a lock ? Evening meal and breakfast very very good, all staff faultless."
