"The beds were super clean and comfortable."

"Room seemed fine when me and my family walked in. We later found 2 cockroaches and killed them but didn't think much of it. When we woke up at 5am to go see the sunrise at Atlantic Beach, which is near by, the room was crawling with cockroaches!!! They were on the wall, in the bath tub, on the table and the nightstands!!! We immediately began shaking out our luggage, packed all of our stuff and left!! Contacted Expedia and began a claim. I'm praying that we don't take any home with us."

"Although the location was excellent, I wouldn’t stay again. The rooms had visible mildew in the showers, which made the smell horrific anytime we needed to use the shower. It just made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the space."

"I had a decent stay, the hotel was clean but completely empty. Most of the lights were off in the lobby at night. The morning breakfast was nice as it included yogurt and various cereals as well as some eggs. The room and bathroom were clean. Overall good stay!"

"While my room was initially clean, housekeeping did not come for 2 days; needless to say garbage piled up. We had to leave early due to an untimely death in the family; because I made the reservation through Expedia, Marriott would not refund any money. I will have to rethink reserving a room at Marriott in the future."

"There really isn’t anything negative to say about Element or it it’s staff. As a matter of fact, even giving a neutral or status quo comment would be an injustice. Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late. "Stayed here out of convenience due to its proximity to Mayo Clinic. The staff was great, the room was clean and ready upon arrival. This was my second time staying here, and I will be back when I have future visits at Mayo. Thanks!"
