"This hotel was ski on and ski off -it was about 20 mins from st Anton and the drivers very windy
The room was expensive and was so small we couldn’t even open our suit case. It looked like a college dorm room .
The shower didn’t stay in one place and you had to hold it to use .
The breakfast was nice and the area to eat was pretty .
The one very flat pillow given was terrible .

Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. "Made a reservation, called during their business hours to confirm check in, no one answered. After several tries they were not able to get a hold of them. We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam."
"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition.
The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Wir haben zufällig ein Apartment bekommen, was mit einer Küche und Kühlschrank voll ausgestattetet war, das hat uns sehr gefallen! Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und wir konnten es gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen."
