"Our room was good and had a comfortable bed. The tub/shower was good. We were expecting a continental breakfast, but they also served sausage, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. We enjoyed it! The shuttle to Detroit airport is available 24 hours."

"My flight was delayed, along with multiple people that night. I was able to book a reservation for that night quickly & easily & also get the shuttle for pick up with no problems. Once at the hotel the lady at the front desk advised us all to go to the restaurant and order food quickly before they closed! Fantastic service. Food was ordered, I was checked in! And the Wonderful Courtney working the bar that night was truly wonderful to all of us stranded there over night! It was a fantastic...

"First of all the front desk do not listen to. The guest they did what they wanted to. I came down to the front desk my instructions was very clear I don't need housekeeping service but unfortunately when I return from the funeral home my room had been service my luggage had been ramshackle as if they was looking for something now I forgot that my credit cards was in my carriage bag I REPORTED THE CARD STOLEN why informed the front desk

"The first room they put me in had a fan going it smelt like pure dog in there. It was dirty. It was disgusting then I had to go to the third floor, which it still wasn’t worth the money that I paid the end of the bed were tore up. The sheets were dirty. They had stains on them. The soap that was in the bathrooms were used half bottles not sanitary at all I will never go there again."

Unmarked police cars arresting a guy in the parking lot while we’re checking in should’ve been our first clue, but we already booked and paid (no cancelations).
