Our room aircond once on with smoking smell It was so bad but we are tired with kids so we jz off thr airconditioner since the weather was cold

nice hotel in general. Very friendly and welcoming staffs and room and toilet is clean and tidy. however hair dryer was not provided for my room.

早餐很不錯～老闆娘跟員工阿姨人都很好很親切～ 離東大門夜市也很很方便，走路五分鐘就可以到！其他一些小缺點就是枕頭有點硬、隔音很不好第二天晚上被吵到睡不著>_<

應該是吹風機，對於女生來講 吹風機滿重要的,假日文宣內可以提示一下，女性出遊自備吹風機，我覺得比較妥當

早餐選項太少，量也不太足，建議補個牛奶，麥片的，讓不習慣中式的人，多個選擇！老闆娘和員工是很親切！

整體還不錯，櫃台阿姨人都很好！但浴室的排水孔有乾掉的頭髮沒清....然後排氣設備應該是打通的關係，會聞到煙味。

房間隔音效果非常糟糕， 連水管中的水流聲音都聽得一清二楚， 非常的吵鬧。 晚上十一點多樓上餐廳還有人在工作， 鍋子掉地上的聲音實在是讓人無法忍受。 員工教育真的有待加強。
