Good location, not too busy but central enough to stores. Next to a 7-11 was convenient. Good breakfast buffet (reocmmend going after 8:30am to avoid large tour groups). Would recommend this hotel to others.

The only good, was Wilson who was super helpful, but the room was dirty hair in the bathroom. I called a taxi and after been ready to go, they made us step out of it because front desk was confused about the taxi been for us... We almost miss the train for this mishap

US tourists stay

We are from the US and we thought the Hotel was very nice. Clean comfortable rooms and breakfast was wonderful with variety of choices. Check in was quick and they were very helpful. The beds were a little firm but the rooms were clean and quiet and overall very comfortable.

春節遊花蓮

環境清潔很乾淨感覺算是蠻新的飯店在市區還能有自己的地下停車場非常方便所在地離市區景點及鬧區都很近走路就可以慢慢逛花蓮很便利早餐部分選擇多樣口味也很大眾化不過房內飲用水只提供入住人數的數量有點少跟櫃台索取他們卻要我們自己下樓拿以往入住的飯店都會送上樓的說…

CP值蠻高的飯店

優點： 1.周邊熱鬧，走路就能到東大門夜市 2.有地下室停車場 3.房間很寬敞 4.早餐的服務生都很親切，會主動跟小朋友互動 5.遊戲區的辦家家酒的東西很多缺點： 1.房間有個特殊的味道，不一定每個人都喜歡 2.個人進房間後一直覺得鼻子有點癢，不確定是不是空氣問題（但家人都正常）

衛浴空間設計不便

洗手台在床邊無隔門,一邊的人在睡覺,另一方在洗漱,淋浴間無垃圾桶,洗澡時免洗衣物要丟到另一間馬桶間,對於衛浴這一塊非常不便民,真想問問這設計師的意義是甚麼....
