I've stayed at this hotel a few times and have always had a great experience. The staff is superb - great service. I like that they always remember me on check in. The hotel is well located in the center of Hua Hin. Decent sized rooms, quiet and comfy.

The room was clean and the bed surprisingly comfy. Staff very helpful and the location is excellent, easy walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, bars, and the beach. The pool looked clean and refreshing. Given it’s location it was also surprisingly quiet at night

Hotel was good with all staff efficient and helpful. The reception girls helped me by extending my sim card online. All the bars, restaurants and beach are close. Good for the price.

Great quiet hotel for the money. The staff are especially nice and accompdating. The room was a little on the small side but I knew that ahead of time. There are no safes in the rooms but they have safes behind the front desk

I keep returning to stay at Thipurai City Hotel because of its convenience, its cleanliness, its breakfasts, but above all else, because of its staff!! The staff from security to the cleaning staff, to the reception staff and management are to be commended!! The staff exemplify the saying, “Thailand, Land of Smiles” and carry out their work efficiently and effectively!!

Short Hia Hin stay

Hotel was easy to get to from my clock tower drop off point. Room was basic, which was ok, but could have used a hot water kettle. Didn’t use the pool, but it did look nice. Location of the hotel and the low price are the biggest pluses Very close to the beach, restaurants, bars and local transportation.

Nice Hotel

My room was spacious and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and cozy bedding, generous accessories, well-kept bathroom. There was even a mini balcony. The fifth floor pool is small but very clean and ringed with lounging furniture. The staff were a pleasure to interact with, especially the lovely front desk ladies and the cleaning staff. You really can’t beat the location. The hotel is about 5 - 10 minute’s walk from the beach and only steps from Soi Bintabaht, one of the main nightlife areas, yet it is still very quiet at night due to intervening buildings. There are loads of dining and shopping options in the area, which is totally safe, relaxed, and walkable. Personally, I always prefer to have a room safe, which was not offered here, and I am not crazy about key locks over electronic ones, but these are minor complaints. Overall I found my stay a very solid value for the cost.
