Nice getaway in a quiet location...
Very nice place indeed. But the pool needs a stronger filtration system, as there are quite a few bugs floating on the water and my partner didn't dare to step into the pool. What a waste.

It was a very nice experience in itz time, staff are friendly and the house was very very clean and comfortable, quiet. But its a bit far from the city, need to call taxi and the distance is about 10-15 mins. Overall, recommended to stay here.

The villa location is not easy to find and it has nothing around the villa. It is not recommend if you do not drive by yourself. This is a new villa and still has a lot of places to improve. Overall, it's not bad for the stay and reception staffs are friendly.

บ้านสวย เหมือนอยู่บ้าน
บ้านสวย ใหม่ น่าอยู่ แต่เหมาะกับการมาเพื่อ get together หรือ party เป็นกลุ่ม เพราะเหมือนเป็นบ้านในหมู่บ้าน ไม่มีวิว หรือ activity ใดๆ นอกจากสระในบ้าน ของใช้ทุกอย่างดีมาก สวย ติดแค่กลิ่นท่อในห้องน้ำที่กลิ่นแรงมากจนเข้ามาในห้องนอน ควรปรับปรุงอย่างยิ่ง และในบ้านให้แค่น้ำเปล่า ส่วนชากาแฟทุกอย่างคิดเงินหมด ปัญหาที่เจอเป็นตอน check-in คือบ้านทุกบ้านเป็น 3 ห้องนอน แต่เราจองมาแบบ 2 ห้องนอน ทางพนักงานจะเป็นคนเลือกเปิดห้องนอนให้ว่าจะเป็นห้องไหน ซึ่งในตอนแรกก็ไม่ยอมเปิดห้อง master bedroom ชั้นบนให้ แต่เปิดเป็นห้องข้างล่างกะห้องเล็กข้างบน ซึ่งตลกมาก ทั้งๆ ที่ในใบจองเป็น king bed 2 ห้อง (จองผ่านexpedia) แต่พนักงานบอกว่าเป็น 1 king 1 queen ซึ่งกว่าจะเจรจาขอให้เปิด 2 ห้องใหญ่ได้ก็ใช้เวลานาน เพราะพนักงานไม่ยอม จนสุดท้ายไปขอ manager จึงยอม เลยไม่เข้าใจว่าทั้งที่เราก็จ่ายแพงกว่าราคา promotion แบบ 3 ห้องของโรงแรมอีกแต่เงื่อนไขเยอะจิง ทางรร.อ้างว่าเป็นเงื่อนไขกับทาง agent ทั้งๆ ที่เราก็รู้ว่าสิทธิการ assign ห้องแม้แต่ upgrade ห้องเป็นเรื่องของทางรร.เองมากกว่า อ้อ อีกอย่างคือตอนเย็นเราทาน buffet ของทาง รร. ซึ่งทาง รร.คืดราคาเด็ก 6 ขวบเต็มราคาเท่าผู้ใหญ่ ก็รู้สึกว่าโหดไปหน่อย และยังไม่ได้ส่วนลดตามที่บอกในใบจองอีก ก็อยากให้พนักงานใส่ใจดูรายละเอียดในการจองของลูกค้ามากกว่านี้ค่ะ ซึ่งถ้าไม่มีปัญหาการจัดการแบบนี้โดยรวมบ้านสวยมากกอยู่สบายค่ะ

Perfect choice for family and couple pool villa.
The villa is big, indeed very comfortable, well equipped and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast in the villa is quite an experience and smoothies are delicious. This Villa can be consider one of the best place to relax yourself with friends or family in peace and quiet environment away from town.
