The manager is nice; however, the night we came in, the front desk receptionist supposedly didn't have our reservation and was going to charge us, but said that she would talk to manager next day so it can be waived. We even showed her our reservation booked online, and did not want to acknowledge. She also said that didn't speak english, which we thought it was false. The room was full of mosquitos, and I told her that I'm allergic and she laughed. She brought in a repellent, and the room was dirty. I called hotels.com, and they called management and I was able to cancel the second night. I think they are racists towards people of color, they were must pleasant with europeans and white americans that were staying in the hotels.
