"看到網路上評分極高才訂的，但很失望．此次給分恐怕要降低整體評分了． 1.櫃檯沒有人，有事找老闆只能打手機． 2.電視沒有訊號，無論是切換到HDMI1，HDMI2，有線電視或無線電視都一樣． 3.網路龜速，只能用Line，連上網找資料都會掛點，更遑論使用Youtube了，原以為是該處的基地台問題，但我個人手機是可以觀賞Netflix的，只能切回自己手機的網路． 4.有附燒水壺，但電源線頭是三叉的，房內都是二孔插座，無法使用．後來發現有貼告示，只能到一樓飲水機取水，甚是不便．有生以來頭一次遇到這種情況． 5.房價看似有競爭力，但若綜合上述情形，CP值並不算高．"

"Our 3-day trip to Lala Mountain for cherry blossom viewing was saved by our peaceful stay at He Fong Villa! The driving trip from Taipei through the winding and narrow roads was taxing, and the traffic control in the congested destination region (due to the cherry blossom season) was tiresom. "房間空間(四人房)大小適中，床及枕頭蠻好睡的，晚餐及早餐份量足夠。 房間沒有冷氣，只有電風扇，睡到半夜有點悶熱，二向推窗要打開，加上電風扇循環，房內空氣及溫度才會好一點，但要小心一些飛蛾類會從紗窗鑽進來(少數)。 從新竹市大約開車二個小時上來，但因為氣候不良，只看到一片白牆，真是可惜，真的感覺不值得拚這一趟。"

"It has been the best accomodation environment during my trip to Taiwan. The forest and streams of valleys around hotel and hotel design were all beautiful. In particular, the kindness of young owner and his parents were so kind with warm heart. Young owner's english was so fluent that I had no problem comunicating with him.
