"The cleaning doesn't happen at all. They only bring new towels after several requests. I requested several times to change the bed sheets and it was only done after escalation. No dining and no amneties. Fire alarms rang twice after midnight and we had to evacuate for nothing. The best part was that there was a trams station 3 minutes close to the hotel."

"Beware. All the photos of the rooms appear to be the one large apartment at the top of a lot of stairs. My room did have a nice view of the water but was cramped. I traveled alone and stayed four nights. I was given one pillow and one hand and one bath towel. There was no place to hang the towels to dry. No place to open suitcase except on the sofa. There was a small table and two chairs. I had to keep moving the table around to access kitchenette or window or bathroom. Portable rack for hanging...

"Superbe, I cannot recommend this property any higher. Amazing central location near to everything and yet once through the doors you are in your own world of tranquility. "We loved our stay here! The location was perfect, the staff was so friendly, and the room was lovely. It had some quirks, specifically the shower with the head on the opposite wall as the door which made for a consistently wet floor and only half of the shower being usable space.
