"due to some kind of mixup between travelocity and the hotel I requested a handicapped room on first floor when I arrived there were no handicapped room avaible and only room on 2nd floor with stairs to go up kind of hard to do with bad knees"

"This is a beautiful hotel. It was recommended to me and it certainly lived up to the expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the valet young men were very friendly and polite. I will recommend the Hancock to anyone who will be staying in the area."

"The only thing I would suggest is fixing the doors. Stayed in 2 different rooms and found that the metal plate added to the doors require you to use your shoulder to push the door open to go in, pull very hard to get out and when you close it you need to slam it."
