"This is a 10! We stayed in a chalet for three nights. Everything was perfect. The weather was terrible so we were glad to have a nice place to hang out. So glad we chose to stay here. Definitely the top pick of our hotel choices as we are on a cross Canada trip and have stayed many different hotels. Obviously we would stay here again and highly recommend."

"We stayed 1 night, would not stay here again. My husband's first comment was how the ceiling looked like a body outline. Bathroom was dirty, toothpaste spray all over the cheap stick on backsplash, which was also coming off. Long black hair on the tub and in the corners. Grout on floor tiles was filthy. Obvious water damages through the whole unit which were not properly fixed, just "bandaid" fixed. The floor was very sticky, my shoes stuck to all the floors. Breakfast was barely adequate....

"No shoes allowed from the front door throughout the hotel. So take some slippers!! The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me."

"Service staff in the kitchen are wonderful. The room view was excellent. Now the not so nice. Customer service manager Chau, is unprofessional and overtly arrogant. Snearing while chewing his gum he openly muttered how staff were going to hear from him about doing their job. Prepaid meals not readily available. The entire hotel was under renovations, not just the fitness facility. This caused noise and elevator disturbances on a consistent basis. Noise in the hallways, slamming doors and...
