My room had a burn mark on the counter, the fan vent was falling off, the lights flickered in the bathroom when turning off, and I think there was mold growing in the air conditioner. The highway made the room super loud on top of the noise coming from inside the hotel.

This was like staying in a motel6 or worse. The bed was AWFU. It was laying on a board. I tried to ask for an extra and the staff said there would be an extra fee for the extra pillows. Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return.
