"Breakfast is not included. I did get an upgrade to a room with a balcony and view of harbour, so that was nice. Location is great and if you're lucky to get water-facing the view of city hall and harbour are amazing."

"Slept like a baby in this very busy, but quiet hotel/conference centre. Though the rooms are extremely clean, they are in major need of refurbishment. The best part of the stay was the incredible, made fresh, breakfast included with the room; definitely a big improvement on the usual plastic wrapped offerings at most hotels. Would definitely stay again in the future."

"The waterslide was great, we just wished the pool area for swimming had been bigger. We requested adjoining rooms and thankfully our request was able to be accommodated. Overall we had a great time."

"Excellent location to Queens and downtown. Parking on site is a bonus in this neighborhood as well. Stayed in a quaint queen room with comfy bedding and we enjoyed the common sitting rooms, front deck and little garden. But the best best best thing was the fresh baked scones and croissant every morning. Will definitely stay again "

"It's definitely not The Ritz but the room was clean, the staff friendly and a good price. The breakfast is meager - bananas, muffins, bars, yoghurt. The coffee was good. The light between the beds didn't work. The heater in the bathroom didn't work. The towels are scratchy. No fan in bathroom. Decent shower. Inadequate tv channels. We would probably stay there again because of the price. Beds comfortable."
