"We liked the interaction with staff, making us feel welcome. Especially the front desk. The middle aged grey haired woman who served us was a delight. The restaurant was perfect, the food delicious. My 84 year old twin sister and I come there every year for a couple of days. We have always had a lovely time."

"Breakfast time was so busy, maybe have an extra pancakes maquine because wasn't enough for many people at this time. But service was extremely good."

"It was NOT a good stay whatsoever. I had requested a disabled parking spot which was ignored. The lone staff member greeting us was in sweats with no bra. Far too casual IMHO, but she assured us our room was quiet but suggested the breakfast was not worth staying for. Our room was very difficult to find in the dark. It was rainy and pitch black and we had to drive around the complex twice. We parked as close as we could but it still required climbing a knoll or maneuvering a dark ramp. Not...

"We stayed at Riviera Inn and Suites last night, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was not properly cleaned, the washroom was too small, and the TV was not worth it. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations. We would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."

"Awesome stay. 👌"

"Belle chambre . Mais un gros problème.il y avait des fourmis sur le bureau de travail sur la lampe et sur la chaise de travail. Nous avons avisé a l accueil mais l hôtel était plein donc rien a faire . On nous a donné une canne de Reid !!!!"

"This is a truly wonderful place within walking distance of the waterfront. Canadians are the best hosts. Americans could learn a lot from Canada!"

"Loved our stay"
