"Very helpful and friendly staff with large room. Highly recommended"

"Very clean and quiet. Located near restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores"

"Great"

"Beautiful home. In room bathroom. 2 Shared showers, lovely kitchen, reading areas."

"The property was very clean, staff were helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options."

"Good value"

"Everything was great"

"Outdated, not very clean or nice, no room cleaning, pool looked gross"

"Excellent place to stay in downtown South Bend. The proprietors are lovely people and the rooms are comfortable and clean. And a great breakfast too!"
