"Very pretty property, helpful staff, quiet, walking trails, good on site restaurant. Would stay again if in the area."

"The room had a terrible odor that smelled like musty cigarretes despite it being a supposedly non-smoking room. Once I complained, there were no more rooms available and they could do nothing more to help. The floor was sticky as if it were never swept or mopped. It was awful. All the clothing I wore for the next day along with many of my belongings had that terrible odor once I left."

"I thought the room was overall nice, clean, and convenient, but the shower didn’t have a shelf so I had no where to put my toiletries. Also when we first entered, the toilet had a toilet paper wrap inside which was a little weird. I would prefer a keycard rather than a number pad. That being said, the bed was comfortable, I liked the AC/heater unit, and the location was very convenient!"

"Upon arrival the room was so thick with bleach, which, from after more inspection was probably to clean up after a murder. We had to leave the window wide open and leave while the fumes disapated. If there had been a note honest review, I myself would not have booked here."

"This place was a great stay! Loved the king bed , very comfortable. The room was very clean and the place had a modern look. The bathroom was spotless. We loved the veranda with a view of the forest. The only thing that could have been better was the shower head with a wider spray. We stayed here to join our family who were camping in the Lake of the Woods. It was only a 12 minute drive to reach their campsites, so this was a great find for us. Would definitely stay here again."

"Nice hotel. Everything went well. Only issue to improve really was there was only one person handling the breakfast and she was working hard but a bit overwhelmed and needed another person to help. Some things like utensils ran out."

"Check-In was a lengthy process… Male staff member was unkept…Shirt too small…sweatpants… The combo bath/shower has laminate base pealing…dark grout around lower wall tiles…Grout around The sink was dark and dirty looking… The interior walls of the microwave were rusted at the corners…Didn’t USE it! The TV setting wouldn’t communicate with the remote…Took Two visits by staff to get it to work…No channel Directory available… Door Lock Batteries died…couldn’t get into the room..Male Staff member...

"I didn't know Comfort Inn is a budget hotel, the price didn't seem budget; $249 a night in the middle of the week in the middle of nowhere Oregon (Klamath Falls), for a standard king room. When you walk into the lobby you're hit with an old, musty and damp smell. You can tell some renovations have taken place, like within the last 10 years or so. The carpet in the lobby and hallways were in good shape, but as you look closely to the furniture, fixtures, and walls, you start to question what...
