Very helpful, however they need more heat in the lobby for their workers and need to fix the second elevator because it took to long to get to your room

Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center
Rooms was clean, everyone was nice. Had an issue in our first room with the heat not working and they tried to fix it and was not able to. They moved us to a very nice suite which was really nice. Will stay again. Price, convenience, and safety.
