rooms were small but clean. Had all we needed. very very clean. I heard a lot of noise from doors closing in hallway but that was not terrible. The Staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good -nice to have some hot items , scrambled eggs, bacon, pancake.

I found the staff to be very helpful at check-in. The property being pet friendly was a relief that helped with ensuring I could bring a foster pup I was transporting to his forever home.

I loved my stay! It was so quite and peaceful, even when it was fully packed! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was so helpful! I will definitely come back to this hotel!!

What was weird was the fact that there were no closets and no carpet. All else was fine. The room was pretty bland and had a basic setup. I'm not sure if I was given that or if all the rooms were like that. It wasn't bad, but it made for a different (a little less positive) experience as it felt hollow. But overall, it was a good experience.

Enjoyed our stay at Tru. A few downsides, the breakfast was no good at all compared to original Hilton hotels. The rooms were not well sound proof. We could hear our neighbors conversations very loudly throughout the night which im sure they were not yelling and every little bump on the wall seemed very loud.

The property is very modern. The rooms are very nice , modern and clean. No carpet and the bed is the most confertable I would stay again I a heart bit.

The staffs are amazing and helpful. The room is nice and clean. But it’s not quiet and you can hear the room next to you. Even the room above you too. Overall I give 9/10.

The young lady that registered me was extremely friendly. The lady that prepared morning breakfast was great. The staff Everytime they saw me was always good morning. The person on the front desk morning never greeted me in 5 plus day of seeing her. She always seem to have a need to text and less time to guest. If course I could be wrong maybe it's people of color she has issues with. Last time at a tru time to move on.
