I chose this property specifically for the indoor hot tub and included breakfast. Upon arriving I was informed the hot tub was permanently filled in OVER 2 YEARS AGO- meaning the hotel has been dishonest with booking agencies (like expedia) about it's amentities- I think there was even a picture of the hot tub if I remember. The continental breakfast had the WORST powdered eggs I think I've EVER had and besides those and old boiled eggs your other options are only carbs. The maid took our bar soap on day 1 and didn't give us any more until day 4 but left us dirty surgical gloves on our bedroom floor in exchange. Besides a comfortable bed and a very nice front desk staff this hotel is NOT worth the money!!!

Your comments about the powdered eggs and limited options have been shared with our culinary team for immediate improvement.Regarding the housekeeping issues, I am extremely concerned about the service you received. Taking your bar soap and not replenishing it until the fourth day is completely unacceptable, as is the discovery of cleaning gloves on your floor. This does not reflect our standards, and I have addressed these incidents with our housekeeping manager to ensure this does not happen again.Your feedback is invaluable to us as it highlights the areas where we need to improve. The staffs are very friendly and willing to help. They always offer the best assistance. However, the cleanliness of the rooms are needed to improve asap. The sofa should be replaced. The first room I check in. The sofa bed mattress is stinky and smelt. It is horrible. When I step in the room, it is smelt. I am wondering if someone was smoking before. However, I booked non smoking room. The staff switch me to the other room immediately.

Pretty good value
Staff was very nice; manager himself talked to me as I was checking out and asked me how everything was; I liked that. Room was spacious. Bathroom had a very small shower, no tub. Breakfast was satisfactory....coffee, juice, bagels, cereal, eggs and sausage.

stolen personal items from room
i originally booked for a one night stay on a Friday night but then rebooked online for Sat night as well. When i checked in at the fron desk on Friday evening, i had already paid for my Friday night stay online and they told me i would need to come back Sat morning to check in for the Sat night stay, which i did the following morning. When i returned to me room Sat evening at 7 PM, all be belongings were gone and the room had been cleaned. I called the front desk and asked them why my stuff was gone. She checked with house cleaning and she told me there was nothing left in lost and found for my room and not one had seen my stuff. I asked to talk to the manager and she said the manager was not there and i would need to talk to her in the morning. When i talked to the manager the next morning, she said she wasn't there over the weekend so had no idea what was going on. She checked with house cleaning and she said the only thing that was returned from my room was my phone charger. I know what i left in my room and everything was missing except the phone charger, so whoever made my room only returned my phone charger for some reason

Nothing unique. Sunday morning loud mowers and blowers going along side hotel. Construction project in front of gym. gym closed. Project work during breakfast time made it impossible to eat there. Took breakfast to room.

Does not live up to the rating!
This hotel did not meet my expectations even though it had a great customer rating. We were greeted by a staff member that had no facial expression and looked like we got in her way at check in. Later when requesting towels since our room did not have enough we got the same response. The guest bathroom downstairs in the main area was extremely dirty and smelled horrible. The elevators and hallways also smelled horrible. Our room had a pull out couch which we needed. When we pulled it out, the mattress was stained and dirty. We stayed two nights. I will say that the staff the second night and morning of check out was much friendlier and the smell was gone by the last morning. According to my family the best part of the stay was breakfast each morning. I would not book this hotel again.
