Trip to Cyppress, TX.

No frills stay. Good to stay a night, sleep and a shower. The room was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Quit area and places to eat were very close by. I would stay again here on my next visit.

Very nice !!!

Stayed here on multiple occasions and I have to admit there is always such a pleasant experience. Clean , spacious, located in a very good area of NW Houston. Recommend it with all my confidence !

just good hotel the hotel is clean and in good location , ok my room was a suite which has a full size icebox, freezer, stove top electric, microwave, and other items, and the room is big,, i like it like that

Nice!!!

The hotel was nice. The cable rolled most of the time so watching a show took forever. Jacuzzi could have been cleaned better. Other than that i enjoyed my stay.

Good overall

Room was large and clean. Took the air conditioner a little bit to cool room. We asked for an additional blanket and pillow. We were given the blanket, but were told we could not have another pillow. After flying all morning an additional pillow would've been nice.

No hot water and rude service = unpleasant stay.

When checking in, the gentleman at the front desk was less than pleasant and almost annoyed that he had to help me. Room was clean and orderly, but sheets were for summertime and the temp was near 40deg outside. Next morning, discovered that there was no hot water in tub or sink. Then when trying to pack by 11, was rudely reminded I needed to vacate premises ASAP. I inquired about the hot water only to be told, "I only work here." I've traveled the world, and only in the past few years and only in the US have I encountered about 50% of my rooms no longer have hot water. As for Scottish Inns, never again.

The stay here was horrible, first thing expedia booked the wrong hotel location when I specifically booked another location that stayed at, they would not refund me my money so i had no choice but to stay. When I arrived it was a guest outside fighting with his significant other, the room was smelly, dirty, the couch was filthy, there wasnt a iron, we only had one roll of tissue, the towels were very thin, they only had 2 thin pillows on the bed and the shower curtain was dirty/nasty. If i could give no stars I would and im considering disputing with my bank because I want a refund ASAP

La habilitación la limpiaron una sola vez en una semana, fuera se veían pandilleros y personas peligrosas y para colmo salí un día antes y el hotel me robó mi dinero diciendo en su página oficial ie reembolsaban según sus políticas o sea que habría algún descuento pero nunca pence que estafaran. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

OKaaaay for the price I guess.

Good overall but the price should be cheaper for what you get. The room was surprisingly spacious, but dirty in a lot of areas. It seemed as if it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The sheets and and bathroom were good. There was a random mirror that served as a headboard i guess. Worst spot it could be in. Me and my girl hit our head like 3 times on it throughout the night. And the tv and ac worked. Had to pay $10/hr for late check out.....
