Breakfast was not refilled after 0935 approximately The front desk Annie/betty , I apologize for the forgetfulness of the name , she was there when we came back from a late dinner and when we went to eat breakfast. She still had a pleasant conversation and a smile. I would be very tired. She deserves a raise and / or a promotion. Not many will be that way. She made the checking in and out easy. "Pros: The staff was lovely and so helpful, which was so welcome after a long day of driving. The room was so clean and the bathroom was spotless! The waffle was very tasty and the ice tasted filtered!! The location was very close to Japanese food and shopping. Cons: The breakfast was mid. The hotel room was cool, but the heat was out in the hallway which was stifling. The beds were ok. Overall: For the price, this is a great hotel."

"This is our third time to stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Houston Heights. Our room was very clean. . .very important to me. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good. I noticed the guests having breakfast were all talking to each other. That told me they were happy with their stay as well. Otherwise there would be silence in the breakfast area. We travel to Houston a lot to visit our children. This will be our home away from home."

"Everything was wonderful except the elevators. The hotel was full due to a convention and we waited for elevators for 15, 20 minutes. When one finally opened, it would be totally full. Several in our group took the stairs down 19 flights and still i was waiting. I know this was not the only time the hotel was full so this must be a regular occurrence.
