"Great Breakfast but they run out of food early a couple of days "

"Beautifully classic, elegant and well-maintained hotel in the heart of Downtown Houston with excellent staff, Nelli, Mark and Brandon were out of this world. I would definitely return over and over again, amazing service all around."

"Stayed on 21st floor. No info for room service (food), considering its was a conceirge service room. Room had not been dusted in awhile. Cleaning lady vacumed neighboring room 8am on on a Sunday morning. Security garage gate remained open for at least 12 hours during an event at hotel, which anyone could have entered. Other than that....it served its purpose. Not aware of amenities. Didnt spend much time on property."

"This place is the filthiest hotel i have ever been. The head board had stains on it. Chair was old bathroom looks hideous carpet stinks. It was a horrible experience. I checked out right away went to aloft"

"Airport shuttle took almost an hour to come to pick me up, the room (I had to change 3, first door didn’t work, second black out curtains broken and a/c very noise and stinky, third just stinky) but I was exhausted after 12 hours flight, one hour waiting at the airport and one hour to find a better room. The following day was a surprise founding just a cup of coffee edible, the poor selection and quality of breakfast was ridiculously low. A big shame for a property making part of the Wyndham's hotels. "
