"I don't know how it is possible that hotel room smell like mold and for nothing to be done about it. Our room reeked of moisture and mold. That is just neglect. Mold is dangerous and can cause respiratory issues. I personally would not stay at this hotel again due to this issue and it is the second Windham hotel in one month where this mold situation was encountered in two separate cities."

"Great hotel located downtown close to all west Dallas for easy access to midtown. Breakfast is delicious and the supper is great too with wonderful room service. The staff is warm and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and made a cozy one day stay."

"Staff was super friendly, delicious breakfast and clean room. Our stove stopped working and we didn't call the service desk because we were only there for 2 days. The bathrooms need a fan, it gets too hot in there."
