"Such a beautiful house, and our room was fantastic. We stayed one night and the breakfast was delicious. No problem parking; the grounds were well kept. Jodi welcomed us, and even helped with dinner reservations. I loved the bathrobe touch, and the room was super cute. The price was a bit high, but we only stayed one night, so no discount for multiple nights . We really liked our short stay, and how close it was to walking to a restaurant."

"I cannot find anything bad to say about this hotel. The hotel is exclusively run by a family and I give 5 stars for how well it is done by this family. Service, information, willingness to help everyone was just fantastic. It was a great jumping off place to drive to all the locations we visited around the area. I especially liked the cleanliness of this establishment. No other place could compare."

After having to bring our four suitcases up two flights of stairs, our room was incredibly hot. When we opened the windows to try to cool things off, we were met by several flies and other insects. Beautiful vintage furniture, period features, immaculately clean, lovely owner, great atmosphere.
