We initially didn’t have a coffee maker in our room and the staff brought one up immediately when we requested it along with some new capsules. We would stay here again,...

"In my travels experience I never had this type of hotel, felt like I was sleeping in the storage. Toilet was rocking, no soap nothing for shower no towel no shower glass or curtains no Air conditioner, window was open all night to get air flow with mosquitoes flow , no elevator, no helping staff, I have a list , never again"
