I absolutely loved this adorable spot! Cute, comfy and impeccably clean. Comfortable bed, convenient coffee bar and really lovely shower. Within walking distance of the historic area with so many shops and restaurants, even walkable to the national park. As a solo female traveler i felt safe and comfortable and would absolutely stay again. My only feedback would be to maybe consider installing deadbolts on the doors for added security.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Cottage Court for my one night in Hot Springs. It seemed like the cleanest, most recently renovated place in town, and I was very content with my deluxe queen room. The surrounding neighborhood feels kind of unsafe and abandoned, as the Court is maybe a half mile north of the main strip. I wish there were a deadbolt on the door for one extra layer of security, especially as a solo female traveler. The room was incredibly clean, bed was pretty comfortable, parking was easy right out of your front door, and I loved that the room included coffee and Netflix already logged in to their own account! I would stay here again especially as it was nicely affordable.

Loved this charming vintage motel! The staff was super friendly and the rooms are beautifully restored and impeccably clean. The main strip is just a 1 minute drive down the same road, this motel is close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

No frills but great stay!
This is our second stay in this cute boutique motel. It is always clean, comfortable, and convenient. It is so convenient to Bath House Row that you want for nothing while you are visiting. Everyone has always been so nice.

We.cancelled the reservation when we saw the area. It was seedy and appeared unsafe. Most businesses were closed. I was anxious to come to this place and I think they tried to make it nice, but there was not even staff onsite. There seemed to be only one person occupying a room.

Excellent place to stay
I absolutely love this little place. From the little cats to the comfortable bed. I would live there if I could. I would recommend Dame Fortunes to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in Hot Springs. We visit Hot Springs every year and try to book with them every chance we get.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The lodge has undergone a major face-lift and it is just darling. We were were warmly welcomed when we arrived by a gentlemen who was very kind and informative. The rooms are adorable and we enjoyed the mid century modern touches that abounded! The room had a few cobwebs on the ceiling, and the mattress was hard as a rock, but the room was comfortable. The location is great and you can walk to Bathhouse Row, but I personally would not feel safe doing this at night. We had our fur babies with us and there was plenty of room to walk them, and plenty of cute spots to sit down and enjoy the property. Checking out of the lodge was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Very convenient to Hot Springs NP.
I must have stayed in the smallest room in the court, but, it was comfortable and very convenient to Hot Springs NP. For the price they should have an ice machine on site. Had to pay about $5.00 for a 7-pound bag about half of which I didn't need.

Cute and clean hotel
The check-in process was very easy and the staff provided very clear and easy to follow instructions. The room was very clean and well decorated. We stayed here during the summer and there were a couple flies that always managed to follow us into the room.

Neat place, nice stay
Very cute & cozy place. Super clean. Bed was "crunchy", noisy and uncomfortable. Lots of windows and bright natural light in the morning and a birdie chirping at 5am for about half-an-hour (Lol) It was nice & historic. The crunchy bed was my downfall. But I would probably stay again if the mattresses were updated.

Good: clean, nice room, large shower stall. Not so great: Busy Highway 7 50 feet from room; no blackout curtains so room never gets dark; soft, springy mattress = sore back; never able to access TV channels without being stopped by PW/code requirement, despite assurances that all channels/streaming were good to go.

Hi William - thank you for your high marks on our rooms. We’re very proud of the work we’ve done there. Beds are being upgraded as we speak, and we are researching new window coverings. We do our best to keep the television channels available, although sometimes previous guests will log out and we don’t catch it. Thank you for bringing that to our attention; we’ll redouble our efforts to make sure access is available. There’s not much we can do about the traffic on Park Avenue, though. This is the cutest little retro motel. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The bed was comfy. Coffee pot and mini fridge available. Bathroom amenities great. Big fluffy bath towels. No noise at all. Housekeeper kept our room stocked. Check in a breeze. Would stay here again for sure. We walked to downtown area every day.

No frills, but clean and comfortable
The cottages were beautifully updated and very clean. Beds were firm but lots of fluffy pillows and soft bedding. There were plenty of clean, fresh smelling, soft towels and all the basic amenities for a comfy stay. It was very convenient to the National Park but the area around it has definitely seen better days but you can say that about much of Hot Springs. However, I never felt unsafe.

This is a cute motel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is convenient to Bath House Row, about a mile from the center of town. It is close to the main road so a bit noisy. Also, you can hear people in the rooms on either side.

This property is close to downtown bit not too close, perfect distance! Google maps revised to fix the directions do NOT turn on Amber! You can clearly see the property right before that so turn at the sign. You'll just have to deal with Google -_- Nice people, but always there officially but you can leave a voice mail. I was nervous about checking out early but it seems to have worked out great. Check in on time was a breeze! They had 2 cats at the time inside :) This is just a 1 level motel.. it looks great inside! The bathroom had a narrow move past the sink inside but no big deal. Nice fixtures! TV all set up! There was a fridge in my room! Great if you want to bring back leftovers! Recommended!

I am so glad we stayed at Cottage Court!! It was small, quaint and quiet, just down the street from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hot Springs. Michael was extremely welcoming and helpful with recommendations. Room was cozy and clean. Next time we visit Hot Springs, we will most definitely return!
