Great place to stay. The property is immaculate and has a lovely garden area with a picnic table. Plenty of parking. The cute garages are a great place for sitting in the shade in the provided chairs or for letting young children play on a rainy day. Hopscotch anyone? We had a problem with the TV when we arrived and late in the evening the staff walked us through the steps needed to get the streaming service reset and were ready to come back to do it if that hadn’t worked. We enjoyed our time and will definitely stay here again.

We spent two nights at best court recently while visiting Hot Springs national Park. We found the hotel a pleasant surprise, considering the reasonably low rate. The property was very well kept with rose bushes outside of each unit. Each unit had its own garage if you choose to park inside. That also provides separation from nearby rooms. Our room was two queens and was quite spacious. It was only a very short ride to Bathhouse Row in the national park and associated hiking trails.

This is our second stay here. We love it. The property is quaint and cozy - quite nostalgic. Each room has a garage with chairs so you can enjoy a morning coffee enjoying the courtyard. The garages were built for Model Ts and Model As so you can only park a bicycle or motorcycle in there. The Best Cafe is next door with great breakfast & lunch (with a full bar). We are looking forward to our next stay.

It seemed like a little apartment. It’s one big room with different areas—a table with 2 chairs, a couch, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffeemaker. The manager in the front office was very nice. It was a bit pricey but so was everything else that was comparable.

The only "con" to this property is street noise. We were at the very front cottage and passing traffic, though sparse, was definitely noticeable. We had no problem with it (well, except for when they emptied the dumpsters on Monday morning lol), but if you're the kind of person that can't handle environmental noise, you may want to request a cottage at the back of the lot. Otherwise, perfect! Clean, very well appointed and within walking distance (about a mile or so) to the downtown area with no concerns about the neighborhood day or night. Parking downtown was a serious issue (St Patrick's Day weekend) so we mostly walked back and forth. We would definitely return to this property, but maybe request a cottage further to the back of the lot.

Best Court is the best place I have stayed in a long time. Everything about it is absolutely delightful - it is spacious, clean, convenient, and you would be hard pressed to find a front porch to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening anywhere else in Hot Springs.

It was a good location; quaint cottages in appearance from outside but very basic/spartan inside. Very little decoration. Bed was good- decent linens- decent TV. Bathroom ample size. Advertised that they each have garage but ours was being used for storage so we were not given access. Probably bc we booked with Expedia & had a service dog we were assigned the worst room they had. Guess I should be used to it!

Hi Robert sorry the room was not decorated enough for you. Every single room has recent high resolution pictures, so what you see is what you get. As far as which room you were given, Expedia assigns them based on class. You didn't announce the service dog until your arrival so that had nothing to do with what room you got. Thanks again for staying with us

I loved how they put the spare key in a lock box on the porch. They cared enough to put ice in an ice chest even though the property didn’t have an ice maker. This was one of my favorite places to stay at, I loved it.

We love Best Court! It has such unique character. It is reminiscent of true Hot Springs. The rooms are spacious and always extremely clean. Parking is convenient and close to rooms. There is a bar behind the rooms in the east side which can get loud at times. This is the only negative.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaints are that the TV quit working a couple of times and the drain in the bath tub was very slow.

Best Court is the best!
We always enjoy staying at Best Court. The rooms are clean and very comfy - very conveniently located also. We love breakfast at the Best Diner right in front of the motel also. Highly recommend this motel to anyone

Cute and roomy
It was a nice roomy cottage and very cute esthetic. The cafe on site was delicious, if a bit pricey. One bed had some hair on the sheets but other than that there were no issues with cleanliness. Convenient location. Would definitely stay again!
