"Perfect hotel experience! Comfortable beds. Spotless room. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. Simple but tasty breakfast every day. We stayed in a room with stove, fridge and microwave so we saved lots of money that we would have spent dining out. There's really only one thing more I could have asked. There is one ice machine only and it's on the ground floor. Not sure why many of the new hotels are doing this. Evidently it costs them a fortune to have ice machines on every floor like the customers expect. A minor inconvenience but I'm trying to be completely honest and objective with this review. "

"Room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Robbin took us downtown and gave us some good suggestions on restaurants. Bridgette was very helpful checking us in and checkout. There were a few other staff members we encountered that were very friendly. Everyone seemed happy to be there. We will definitely stay at the Hotel Hot Springs again! "
