"The staff were so nice!!! They weee welcoming, attentive, and friendly to us. We wanted to ride bikes on the wine trail and have a picnic. Of course we’re were unprepared but we explained to the staff and they so kindly have us linen cloths, napkins, cutlery, cups. We had a great time. Two thumbs up."

"Wonderful medieval era building with nicely appointed rooms. Beautiful breakfast and wine area. Would recommend adding a shelf or bannister for toiletries and a toilet paper holder, but I wouldn’t let that keep me from staying again as it is in a perfectly situated location within the old town center. Very nice breakfast as well."

"This hotel is in a very old building. There is no lift, so you must carry your luggage up and down the stairs. We are older and found this to be difficult. The hotel is located close to the heart of town, so good from that perspective, but it is a 15 minute walk from the train station. There are no taxi's in Beaune, so the only way was to walk with luggage. This was challenging for us. There is come charm in an old building, but this didn't have it. The bathroom left much to be desired. ...
