"Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt."
"This place is overpriced and not well maintained. The outdoor pool is dirty. The indoor amenities are also not cleaned regularly. The kids playroom had food and ants all over for over a day. Staff is rude and make judgmental comments ( why are you drinking coffee before workout? Coffee makes you dehydrated. You are clearly not a real sport man!- actual comment made by the staff). Also this place is in the middle of nowhere and they charge for parking. Also drinks are not included in the dinner...

"The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. The only advantage i saw, this hotel is located litterly around the corner of the thermal spa. The outside property of this hotel is...
"Erg misleidend, het lijkt alsof je in een kasteel slaapt maar je slaapt in gebouw stukje verderop. Heel kleine kamer met klein raam, amper plek om koffers neer te zetten. Kamer was schoon maar in gebouw heel veel dode vliegen. Heel basic kamer, lijkt wel ziekenhuis kamer. Dorpje en kasteel is wel top. Kaart die je erbij krijgt kan je gratis mee naar kasteel en synagoge. (Beide een aanrader!)"
